REFUND POLICY

Thank you for booking with Mia Gray Photography! I’m so excited to work with you and capture your moments. Please review the refund policy below before confirming your session.

DEPOSITS

All sessions require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit goes toward your final payment and holds your session date/time. If you cancel or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

If you need to cancel at least 48 hours before your session, you may reschedule once at no extra cost. Your deposit will transfer to your new date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows or day-of cancellations are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
If you’re running late, please contact me ASAP. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time unless agreed otherwise.

REFUNDS AFTER SERVICE

Due to the nature of photography being a custom, creative service, all sales are final once your session has taken place and/or photos have been delivered. Refunds will not be given based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the outcome if the agreed service was completed.

However, I always want you to feel good about your experience! If there’s a technical issue or problem on my end (ex: corrupted files, camera malfunction, etc.), I will either offer a reshoot or a partial refund depending on the situation.

WEATHER / EMERGENCIES

If weather or personal emergencies prevent us from shooting, I will happily reschedule your session at no charge. If I have to cancel for any reason and we can't reschedule, you’ll receive a full refund.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

If your package includes digital images, once they are delivered, they are considered final. Refunds are not offered for digital files that have already been downloaded or shared.
